If there is an offensive odor in the car then the best thing to do is to air it while driving and until the time the car interiors can be cleaned out. The Newswheel.com recommends that after extensive vacuuming and cleaning up, it will be best to have the nasty odor absorbed.

The baking soda will absorb noxious gasses and moisture in the air.”
